I make a range of products that include knitting, crochet, sewing, weaving, jewellery and art. If you do not see something you like please do message me and ask as I might be able to make it for you.
My home is a pet free home.
I suffer from multiple health problems and work around my illness so my items can take longer some days than others so if you have a deadline for something please do message me to let me know.
All of my products are sent out to you in perfect condition, however, if you find the goods to be faulty please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and then return the item to me so that I can provide a replacement or full refund. It is best if you obtain a certificate of proof of posting from the Post Office.
If you are not satisfied or change your mind about your item I will happily discuss options with you about a credit/ exchange or refund, less Postage and Packaging were you change your mind (a full refund for faulty goods). You must inform me by day 14 days after receipt if you no longer want the item and return it within 14 days, unused and unworn, in the original packaging (where possible), and in perfect condition for resale. Please include your order information with your package. It is best you obtain a certificate of proof of posting from the Post Office. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage.
I always try to dispatch ready-made items within two days of receipt of order and cleared payment, but on weekends/bank holidays and busy times it could take up to five working days.
I send all packages out with at least 1st class recorded where possible.
I cannot be held responsible for delays that occur after I've passed your package on to the Royal Mail, or for delays caused by a general disruption in the postal system i.e. strikes, inclement weather etc. But if your item does not arrive when expected please do contact me and I will try and help track it down.
I am not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the mail handlers or by Customs & Excise nor am I responsible for any additional charges that may be applied by Customs & Excise in your country for the importation of my product.
Delays are possible during the holiday season so please allow extra time for delivery.
